French. Fashion. Flair. Madame Sylvie, the chic owner of Hotel La Marisa in St. Jean de Luz, told us we had to visit Atelier Manufactoum and see their leather goods. “You’ll love it,” she said. And, she was right. This small leather studio makes all their purses, bags, belts, and bracelets by hand. These wristlets are crafted from colorful Basque fabric (seen everywhere in this sunny coastal area of France). So practical when you just want to take your keys, a few essentials, and hit the road. Fun! We’re thrilled to offer several of the items made by owners Sandrine and Christelle. In fact, Sandrine worked at Hermès, so this duo knows fashion and high quality.
