German Christmas Cottage Music Box

Start a new holiday tradition with our beautiful Christmas music box. This box features a family gathered in the living room of their cozy cottage. Wind the key at the bottom and the box plays the German Christmas carol O Du Fröhliche (Oh You Joyful), written by Johannes Daniel Falk around 1816, who dedicated the song to orphans in his care. Typically, this is the last hymn sung during Christmas Eve services in German Protestant churches. Each of these adorable treasures is handmade in the Erzgebirge Mountains by a family-owned business.
